If you are receiving the (B8) - Unable to process data upload, (B11) Transfer aborted - unable to process data upload, or (B30) Transfer aborted - unable to process data upload error when attempting to upload a diabetes device via the Glooko Transmitter, this typically indicates a failure of the transmitter to communicate with your Glooko clinic account.
In order to resolve this issue, please reach out to Customer Support by emailing support@glooko.com with the following information:
- The serial number of the Transmitter which received the error
- The ProConnect code of your Glooko account
- The diabetes device and serial number (if available)
