When attempting to connect a patient's Smart Meter iGlucose meter to his or her Glooko account, you may encounter one of the error messages below.
Invalid Serial Number and/or Last Reading
If you receive this error message, try the following:
- Confirm that you are entering the 7-digit Serial Number found on the back of the device.
NOTE: The patient must have at least one reading on the iGlucose meter before it can be connected to his or her Glooko account. - Confirm that the Last Reading is entered numerically and is an exact match to what displays on the meter.
Last Reading Does Not Match
If you receive this error message, try the following:
- Confirm that the Last Reading is entered numerically and is an exact match to what displays on the meter.
iGlucose Already Connected
If you receive this error message, try the following:
- Confirm that the Serial Number you have entered is correct and not already associated with another Glooko account.
