Internet Explorer:
1. Click on the Gear Icon
2. Select the Safety Menu
3. Select Delete Browsing History...
4. Check the Temporary Internet Files box
5. Click Delete
6. Be sure to check the option to Preserve Favorites website data
7. Be sure to un-check Cookies and website data
Google Chrome:
1. Select the Menu button (three dots in the upper right-hand corner)
2. Select Settings
3. Scroll down to "Privacy and security"
4. Under the "Privacy and security" section, click Clear browsing data
5. For time range, select "All time"
6. Make sure "Cached image and files" is checked (you can uncheck the other boxes for "Browsing history" and "Cookies and other site data")
7. Click "Clear Data"
8. Relaunch your Google Chrome web browser

Safari:
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.

Firefox:
1. Click the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner
2. Choose Options
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Click "clear your recent history"
5. Make sure the Cache box is checked
6. Click the Clear Now button.
