If you are receiving the error code (B31) Transfer aborted - unable to process data upload, this typically indicates the diabetes device you are attempting to upload is not currently compatible with the Glooko Uploader.
To confirm if your diabetes device may be uploaded via the Uploader, please see if your device is listed in our article What devices are compatible with the Glooko® Uploader (PC/Mac)?
If your device is not currently compatible with the Glooko Uploader, it may still be possible to upload your device with another upload method. To confirm if your device may be uploaded in-clinic via the Glooko Transmitter or at home via the Glooko mobile app, please reference our article Compatibility Reference - All Uploading Methods.
If you are receiving the B31 error and have confirmed that your diabetes device is compatible via the Glooko Uploader, please reach out to Glooko Support by emailing support@glooko.com and include the following information:
- Your Glooko account email
- The name and serial number of your diabetes device
- Your computer operating system (Windows or Mac) and version number, if possible (e.g. Windows 10, Mac Catalina 10.15)
