If you need to disconnect your Omnipod® 5 Cloud account from your Glooko account, you may do so from within your PodderCentral account by following the steps below:
- Login to your account at PodderCentral (https://insuletid.com/) from a computer/laptop/mobile browser. Please note this cannot be done from the PodderCentral mobile app.
- Select Diabetes Data or Manage my Data from the toolbar on the Homepage
- Select Unlink in line with Glooko
- Select Unlink again to confirm you wish to unlink your Omnipod® 5 from Glooko
If you have any issues accessing your PodderCentral account or finding the disconnect option within your account, please contact Insulet Customer Support.
After an Omnipod® 5 connection has been removed, please wait a minimum of 1 hour before attempting to reconnect the device to a Glooko account.
