If you always generate the same reports, with the same time range and print settings, you can save time by creating a favorite PDF profile so that your report settings are stored and easily accessible the next time you generate reports.

Create favorite PDF reports
You can save the settings for a single report or a selection of reports as a favorite PDF profile in two ways:
- From the Settings menu
- From the Create PDF Report window (within a patient account)
NOTE: Favorite PDF reports, even when created within an individual's account, are saved at the global level and available for selection from any patient account.
From the Settings menu
- Click Settings at the top-right of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Favorite PDF Settings section and click + New Favorite.
- Enter a name for your new Favorite Profile, then click OK.
- Select a Time range.
- Click to select which report(s) should be included.
- Choose a Print mode.
- Click Save.
Your new favorite profile will be added to the list, and it will be available the next time you generate a report for a patient.
From the Create PDF Report window
- Click Create PDF Report at the top-right of a patient account.
- Select a Time range
- Click to select which report(s) should be included.
- Choose a Print mode.
- Place a checkmark beside Save selection as Favorite Profile.
- Enter a name for your new Favorite Profile, then click OK.
Your new favorite profile will be added to the Preferred PDF Setting drop-down menu and will be available the next time you generate a report for a patient.
TIP: Clicking Manage Favorites within the Create PDF Report window will also redirect you to the Favorite PDF Settings section.
Manage favorite PDF reports
You can modify or delete favorite PDF report profiles at any time, and those changes are will be reflected for all users.
To manage your favorite PDF reports:
- Click Settings at the top-right of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Favorite PDF Settings section and review the saved report profiles.
- Click the pencil icon to modify a report profile or the red X icon to delete a report profile.
Generate favorite PDF reports from patient accounts
If you have created favorite PDF reports, you can select from one of these profiles when generating reports for patients.

To select a favorite PDF report profile:
- Click Create PDF Report at the top-right of a patient account.
- Select a favorite PDF report profile from the Preferred PDF Settings drop-down menu at the top-right of the window.
- Click Create PDF to generate the report(s).
