Healthcare Professionals have the option to hide their Patient List. This ensures only authorized users may view patient data.
When the Patient List is hidden, you may access patient accounts by directly searching for the patient in the search bar.
NOTE: If you would like the ability to hide the patient list added to your clinic account, please contact your Glooko account manager or reach out to Customer Support.
To hide the Patient List:
- Login to your Glooko account at my.glooko.com
- On the View Patients tab, toggle Hide Patient List on
