Yes, your clinic has the ability to set password expiration and history requirements for Glooko professional user accounts. Doing so ensures your data is properly secured according to your organization's standards.
NOTE: This is available as an add-on feature to your existing Glooko subscription. To enable this feature, please reach out to your Glooko account representative directly or email help@glooko.com.
The following password requirements can be configured:
- Password Expiration: This determines the number (> 1) of days that must elapse before a user's Glooko account password will expire. Users will receive warning notifications upon logging in that the password will soon expire beginning 10 days prior to password expiration. Once the password expires, the user will be prompted to create a new password.
- Password History: This determines the number (> 0) of unique new passwords that must be associated with a user account before an old password can be reused.
These requirements are set independently of Glooko's standard password complexity requirements, which apply to all users (including professional and patient users).
