You can now connect your Tandem Source account directly to Glooko for seamless syncing! Please note that upon initial connection, data will not populate in your Glooko account until the next day.

Connecting via the Glooko Mobile App
Follow these steps to link your accounts directly from your smartphone:
Launch Glooko: Open the Glooko app on your smartphone.
Add your device: Tap the Manage Devices button on the top right and select Add Device.
Choose your diabetes account: Find and tap Tandem Source from the list, then click Next.
Sign In: You will be redirected to the Tandem portal. Enter your Tandem Source credentials here.
Authorize sharing: On the account confirmation screen, click on Connect to allow data sharing between Tandem Source and Glooko.
Success! A confirmation screen will be displayed indicating that your accounts are successfully linked.
Connecting via the Glooko Web App
If you prefer using a computer, follow these instructions for the Web App:
Log In: Head to my.glooko.com and sign in.
Open Devices: Navigate to the Devices tab and click Add Device.
Choose your diabetes account: Find Tandem Source from the list, then click Connect.
Sign In: You will be redirected to the Tandem portal in a new window or tab. Enter your Tandem Source credentials there.
Authorize sharing: On the account confirmation screen, click on Connect to allow data sharing between Tandem Source and Glooko.
Finalize: A confirmation screen will indicate your accounts are linked. Click Done to finish.
