The Activation page is a specialized report you may use to encourage your patients to create a personal Glooko account, enabling them to remotely share their diabetes data with your clinic!
The Activation Page is a summary page attached to all reports generated in-clinic for any unactivated patients. A patient's activation status is based on whether they have yet to create or accept an invitation to create a Glooko account from their provider. To learn more about a patient's activation status, please see our article How do I invite a patient to join Glooko® and view a patient's account status?
The QR Code provided at the bottom of the page provides a personalized registration experience for your patients and will automatically connect their newly-created account to your clinic, ensuring you receive their most recently-synced data - whether they sync at home or on the go from the Glooko mobile app!
To utilize the QR Code to create an account, the patient may simply scan the QR code with their smartphone’s camera and tap on the web address that displays. This will guide the user to download the Glooko mobile app and lead them through a personalized onboarding process.
What's included in the patient's Activation Page report?
1. Your Glooko Appointment Summary
The Glooko Appointment Summary includes an overview of the blood glucose statistics for the user as well as their device list, including the Last Sync time per device.
NOTE: The Glooko Appointment Summary does not reflect the time range selected when creating PDF reports. The appointment summary will always display the previous two weeks. All other reports included with the Activation page report (e.g. Logbook, Overview, Daily Overview) will reflect the time frame selected during report creation.
2. Take the Glooko app home
The Glooko app section explains the benefits of downloading and utilizing the Glooko mobile app, encouraging the use of remote data sharing with their provider.
3. Get Started with Glooko
The Get Started with Glooko section includes everything an individual needs to download the Glooko app and ProConnect with their Clinic. Users may scan the QR code with their phone's camera to download the Glooko mobile app.
