With the release of Glooko Web 25.2, we’ve introduced the Clinic Dashboard, a powerful new tool that provides a high-level view of your clinic’s population data and patient engagement. This dashboard helps you monitor patient trends, identify risk, and manage clinic operations—all in one organized view.
What is the Clinic Dashboard?
The Clinic Dashboard gives providers a summary of key metrics across your clinic’s patient population, including:
Total patient count and blood glucose monitoring activity
Patient account activation and onboarding status
CGM risk stratification insights
Trends in data upload (sync) methods
By surfacing this information through dynamic charts, graphs, and tables, you can quickly assess clinic performance and make informed decisions across care teams.
Dashboard Sections
1. Overview Cards
These top-row summary tiles show:
Patients Total: The total number of patients linked to your clinic
Patients Monitoring Blood Glucose: Patients uploading CGM or BGM data
Activated Patient Accounts: Patients who’ve completed setup and can sync remotely
Each card includes trend indicators to reflect changes over time.
2. CGM Patient Risk Stratification
This section highlights patients who may need attention based on their Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) data from the last 14 days.
Displays the Top 10 patients by risk level (ranked by predefined categories such as Time in Range decline or Time in Hypoglycemia).
The risk categories are modeled after Stanford’s TIDE framework to help prioritize care with clinically informed segmentation.
Each row shows:
Time in Range (TIR) percentage and trend
Average blood glucose
Time in low, very low, high, and very high glucose ranges
Categorized groupings such as:
High Extreme Lows- Time in extreme hypoglycemia > 1% and time worn > 50%.
High Lows- Time in hypoglycemia > 4% and time worn > 50%.
Very High- Time in extreme hyperglycemia > 5% and time worn > 50%.
Large Drop in TIR- Time in range decreased by more than 15% compared to the previous two weeks.
High- Time in hyperglycemia > 25% and time worn > 50%.
Low TIR- Time in range < 65%.
Missing/Insufficient data- Time worn < 50%.
No Alerts- The patient did not meet criteria for any risk categories.
🔍 Clicking "View All" opens the full list of CGM-risk-stratified patients, where you can apply filters to identify cohorts by risk level, TIR changes, or upload recency.
3. Patient Account Status
This table shows how your patients are engaging with Glooko:
Activated: Patients who can sync data remotely (Note: This is the same as the "activated patient accounts" in the Overview section of the dashboard)
Invite Pending: Patients who were invited but haven't completed signup
Never Invited: Patients who haven’t yet been invited to sync
Likely Duplicates: Patients who may appear in the system more than once
This helps track onboarding progress and spot gaps in engagement.
🔍 Clicking "View All" for any status category opens a pre-filtered patient list for that group—so you can easily take follow-up actions like resending invitations or resolving duplicates.
4. Sync Methods (Last 90 Days)
This graph shows how patients are uploading data to Glooko over time via:
Cloud
Mobile App
Transmitter
Uploader (Clinic)
Uploader (Patient)
Track trends in data uploads to identify what tools your patients are using most frequently and spot any potential issues in data flow.
Who Can Access the Dashboard?
The Clinic Dashboard is available to clinic users with the appropriate access permissions. You can find it by selecting the Dashboard tab from the navigation menu when logged into the Glooko Web platform.
Tips for Use
Use the “View All” buttons to expand key sections:
In CGM Risk Stratification, you'll access the full risk table with filter options.
In Patient Account Status, you'll be taken directly to a pre-filtered patient list.
Review sync method trends to ensure consistent data uploads across your population.
Use patient status filters to follow up with individuals who haven’t yet activated their accounts or completed setup.
