- Ability to Identify and Remove Duplicate Patient Accounts in Glooko Population Tracker - Professional-Admin users may now identify and remove potential Duplicate patient accounts directly from the Patient List. This allows for better patient management and prevents incorrect data assignment. - Notification of Invalid MRN on Patient Accounts - For clinics who have implemented custom MRN formatting, a notification banner will appear for any patients with incorrect MRN formatting.

Glooko API Updates for Direct API Customers - Updates to our API for direct API customers include:
- Update to create patient API to include the professional assigning a care program. For more information, see our create patient developer documentation.
- Update to the Patient List and Patient search API to return information related to patients’ care programs and care program assigning professionals. For more information, please see our patient list developer documentation and patient search developer documentation.
- Additional Device Settings from Vicentra Kaleido Insulin Pumps - Vicentra Kaleido users will now see the Target BG, Insulin to Carb ratio (I:C Ratio) and Insulin Sensitivity Factor (ISF) on their Device Settings reports (Web & PDF).
- Exercise Data Update for Graphs - The Y axis for the Exercise graph on daily charts now uses hours instead of minutes for visualizing exercise activity data.
- Insulin, Carbs, and Activity Information from Dexcom devices - Glooko now displays all insulin, carb, and activity information synced from Dexcom devices.
- Notifications for Disconnected Cloud Devices & Apps - For patients with a cloud-connected diabetes device or health app (such as Dexcom or Fitbit), Glooko will send a notification email informing users of the disconnection. If a device or app is disconnected, patients may reconnect their device from within their Glooko account.
- Password Manager Support for Android, iOS, and Web - Glooko now integrates Apple Keychain and Google Password manager across the Android & iOS mobile apps and the web app.

Insulin Pump Basal Insulin Visualization Updates in the Glooko Mobile App - The Glooko Mobile App provides an expanded view into the insulin details from a user’s insulin pump:
- The Insulin section of the home screen now displays Override statistics as well as the # Bolus / day
- A new Daily Summary for insulin data added. This provides an overview of insulin data from any synced Insulin pumps, Insulin Pens, and/or manually-entered Insulin.
- Charts & Graphs Updates for Glooko Mobile App - Charts & Graphs on the Glooko Mobile App now display the time range in the header and an updated font size and color to improve readability.
- SoloSmart and Mallya Insulin Selection Enhancements - For patients using either the SoloSmart or Mallya pen caps, the Glooko Mobile App includes a new batch editing of insulin doses if the insulin used cannot be automatically identified.
- Data Validation for Manually Entered Events - For users who manually enter blood pressure, insulin, medications or weight on the Glooko Mobile App, the add event workflow will now validate that the input values are within an expected range. The validation will reduce the human error rate for manual data entry.
- Ryzodeg for Novopen 6/Echo Plus - Ryzodeg is now available on the medications list for Novopen 6/Echo Plus users.

Release Version 24.2
- Expanded Glooko Availability - Glooko is now available for users in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. To support these users, the Glooko platform is now available in Arabic.
- Account Registration Updates - To improve the registration process for new patients, a new screen guides users how to register an account for themselves or on behalf of a minor.
- Updated Date of Birth Entry - The date of birth field during account creation now includes the name of the month instead of the numeric month value, to reduce errors on date of birth entry.
- Updated Carbs Display - To improve readability and unify how carbs display across all Glooko reports, carbs on the Daily Overview (Web & PDF) and the new Week View report are now grouped together when entered within a similar timeframe. Details about the carb entry is available on the tooltip when hovering over the value on the reports.
- New Week View Report on Glooko Web - Users may access the Week View report on the Glooko Web app from their Graphs tab. Previously, the Week View report was only available as a PDF report.
- New Event Visualization for Tandem Pumps - For Tandem Pump users, Cannula Fill and Fill tubing information now displays on the Daily Overview and Logbook graphs. Timestamps for each event display as a tooltip when hovering over the Site and/or Set Change icon.
- Patient Tags and Patient Flags Now Available from Patient Account - Patient accounts now display any associated patient tags or Population Health patient flags below the patient's name and demographic details. Healthcare providers may also add or remove tags directly from the patient's account, simplifying population management. Previously, Tags and Flags were only visible or editable from the Patient List.
- Updated Last Sync Column on the Patient List - The Last Sync column on the Patient List now includes additional details to assist in at-a-glance review of your patient population. The Last Sync column now includes the name of the most recently synced diabetes device, as well as icons to indicate whether the device was synced remotely or in-clinic. Remote syncs are indicated by a House icon and in-clinic syncs are indicated by a hospital icon.
- Updated Display of Health App Data - For users with a connected health or fitness app (such as Fitbit), their Summary, History, and Overview graphs now display updated details about their synced fitness data. This includes displaying the average number of steps per day, the number and average duration of exercise activities, and the average heart rate from the connected app over the time frame selected.
- Updated Colors for Glooko Web - The Glooko Website now uses a high contrast color palette to increase general readability and ease of use.
- Updated Consents for Third-Party Data Sharing for Minor Accounts - For minor users, consents to share data with our third-party partners, such as Insulet or Dexcom, must now be agreed to by the parent/guardian user.
- Low Battery Notification for Sanofi SoloSmart & Novo Nordisk Mallya - Users who have paired a Sanofi SoloSmart or Novo Nordisk Mallya pen cap to their Glooko Mobile app will now receive a notification on their smartphone whenever their pen cap's battery is low. This will reduce any potential syncing errors due to low battery.

- Smart Reminders on the Glooko Mobile App (US-only) - Glooko Mobile App users using blood glucose meters may now opt in to home-based reminder for blood glucose testing. Smart reminders require location access on your smartphone. If enabled, Glooko will utilize your location data to proactively send reminder notifications to test your blood glucose. Users who opt in to Smart Reminders will also be prompted for feedback on the reminders for future improvements.
- Time in Range Column on Patient List - Healthcare Providers will now see a Time in Range column displaying their patient's time in range percentage based on the patient's most recently available two-week data. The Time in Range column percentage will be based on CGM data if available, and BG (meter/pump) data if no CGM data is available.
- Display Automatic Bolus Information for Tandem Users - Glooko users with the Tandem t:slim X2 with Control-IQ insulin pump will now see the number of automatic boluses and the total amount of insulin delivered during their automatic boluses in the Insulin - Device section of their Summary report (Web view and PDF report).
- Additional CGM & Pump Alerts for Tandem Users - Glooko users with Tandem t:slim X2 pumps running firmware versions 6.7 (Basal-IQ) or 7.7 (Control-IQ) will now see additional alerts received from the pump and/or connected CGM device on the History report on the Glooko Web App.
- Occlusion Alarms for ViCentra Kaleido Pumps - Glooko users with the ViCentra Kaleido insulin pump will now see any occlusion alarms received from the pump displayed on Glooko Web & PDF reports.
- Manually-entered Carbs on Week View Report - Glooko users who manually log carbs on the Glooko Mobile App will now see these manually-logged carbs displayed on the Week View PDF reports.

- Device Settings for Dexcom Devices - The Devices report now displays the device settings from Dexcom CGMs linked via the Dexcom cloud integration.
- Sleep Settings for Tandem Devices - The Devices report now displays the sleep schedule from Tandem devices in a table format. The table includes the schedule sleep time and days of the week.
- Glooko Mobile App Accessibility Improvements - The Glooko Mobile App now contains updated colors, text sizing, and touch target size to improve the user experience.
- Steps Graph on Glooko Mobile App - The Glooko Mobile App now contains a graph displaying Steps data synced to the user's Glooko account from a connected fitness or health app. The Steps graph is visible in Charts and Graphs, accessible by selecting Graphs by Date Range from the mobile app home screen.
- Average Values for Charts and Graphs on Glooko Mobile App - The Charts and Graphs section of the Glooko Mobile App now displays the average value of the chart data for the selected time frame. The average displays at the top right of the header. Previously, the header displayed a singular data point from the graph.
- Additional Settings Access in Glooko Mobile App - Additional settings and controls are now available from the Data Sharing menu in the Glooko Mobile App. Users may now control app permissions, such as bluetooth, camera, and microphone access, as well as data sharing options with third-parties, directly within the Glooko Mobile App.

- New In Clinic+ EHR integration workflow (US-Only) - Clinics utilizing a Glooko/EHR integration now have an available Check In button for patients within Glooko. This enables clinicians to send the data of patients with only cloud-connected devices to their EHR via their PDF or Flowsheets Statistics integration. - Dynamic Report Legend for Multi-Day Reports (Web & PDF) - Users will now have a dynamic report legend displaying only the icons relevant to their data for all Glooko reports (via web and PDF) , allowing users to more effectively read and interpret their reports. Previously, the dynamic report legend was only available for the Daily Overview report.
- Display CGM Value for Bolus Calculation (Omnipod 5) - For users on the Omnipod 5 device, Glooko will now display the Use CGM value selected during bolus calculations on both the Pump Boluses table (Daily Overview PDF) as well as the tooltip for boluses on the Daily Overview graph on the Web App.
- Additional Pump Alarms for Tandem Devices - Additional pump alarms received from Tandem insulin pumps will now be visualized on the History tab within Glooko. - Enhanced Blood Pressure Visualization (Glooko Web) - The Blood Pressure visualization on the Summary page of the Glooko Web App will now display additional data, including the average value, systolic range, diastolic range, and data device source(s). - New Mobile App Onboarding Goals - Mobile App users are now provided two new onboarding goals: Log a Food and (for existing users) Sync existing device. Both onboarding goals assist new & existing users on navigating and utilizing the Glooko Mobile App.
- New Synching Status Indicators on the Glooko Mobile App - the Glooko Mobile App will now display status indicators informing the user when their diabetes data is being synced from the Glooko server, when their data has successfully synced to their app, and an error message if their data could not be synced successfully. These indicators assist end users in knowing when their mobile app data is up to date, particularly for users with cloud-connected devices.
- New Top Trends on Glooko Mobile App Home Screen (USA-only) - Mobile App users will now see their Top Trends on the home screen below their blood glucose data. For users without enough data to populate their Top Trends, this section will prompt the user to sync their diabetes device. Users may also select View All to navigate quickly to their Trends overview.

Improved Insulin Visualization in the Glooko Web App - Insulin data available on the Summary page, Overview graphs, and Logbook now better define the source of the insulin. Tooltips on the Overview graphs now also display the insulin source data segmentation when hovering over insulin doses. - Combined Daily Dose: contains an overview of insulin data from both synced devices (pumps & pens) and manually entered insulin data
- Insulin - Device: contains insulin synced from Insulin Pumps and Insulin Pens
- Insulin - Manual: contains insulin data manually entered into the Glooko Mobile App or synced from a compatible blood glucose meter.
- Add Insulin from Blood Glucose Meters - Blood glucose meters which register insulin (such as the AccuChek Aviva Expert) will now have their meter-logged insulin entries display under the Insulin - Manual section in graphs on the Glooko Web and Mobile apps.
- Blood Pressure Visualization in the Glooko Mobile App - Blood pressure data synced to or manually-entered into the Glooko Mobile App now displays on its own card on the Summary page. The Blood Pressure card contains the most recent blood pressure reading, the blood pressure category designation, the timestamp of the reading, and the source of the reading. - Weight Visualization in the Glooko Web App - Weight data synced to or manually-entered into the Glooko Mobile app now displays on its own card on the Summary page. the weight card displays the most recent weight entry, the timestamp of the entry, as well as the source of the entry. - Dynamic Report Legend for One Day Overview Graph - When viewing the Daily Overview graph on the Glooko Web App, users will now have a dynamic report legend displaying only the icons relevant to their data, allowing users to more effectively read and interpret their reports.

- Weight Visualization on Glooko Mobile App - Users are now able to see their manually-entered or device-synced weights on the home screen, in the Daily Log, and in the Charts & Graphs section of the Glooko Mobile App. For more information, please see our article Viewing Weight in the Glooko Mobile App.
- Email and Phone Bypass on Patient Creation - Clinics requiring email and phone number entry on new patient accounts are now able to bypass these fields during patient account creation. In order to bypass these fields, Professional users must select a bypass reason. Email and phone numbers may still be added to the patient account after account creation.
- Improved Insulin Visualization - Insulin data from different source devices (insulin pump, insulin pen, and manual entry) are now identified and labeled on separate cards in the Glooko Mobile App. This allows for better visualization of each device's usage. Total Daily Insulin remains visible above each card, and is the sum of each insulin source device.

- Removal of 30-day waiting period on account deletion - Users who delete their Glooko account will now have their data immediately deleted from our servers. This allows users who need to re-register due to errors in demographic information to immediately reuse their preferred email address on a new Glooko account.
- Changes to System Mode row on Daily Overview Report - To improve the readability of our reports, System Mode rows for closed-loop insulin pumps will no longer display if there is no data from the insulin pump for the time range selected.

Glooko Mobile App Redesign - In order to improve the Glooko Mobile App experience for new and existing users, we are launching a redesign of the Mobile App interface! New and Existing users will now find a more intuitive on-screen experience with easier access to uploading devices, connecting with your care team and an overall smoother onboarding process. For a complete overview of the new Mobile App experience, please see our article Glooko Mobile App Overview. The key changes included in the redesign are:
- New Onboarding Goals: Similarly, users will find new onboarding direction on their Mobile App homepage. These Onboarding Goals provide users quick links to key functionality within the mobile app, including learning how to sync their device for the first time, linking to their healthcare provider, and more!
- New Add Care Team Button: Users are now able to quickly and easily view, manage, and add new ProConnect codes directly from their Home page on the Mobile App!
- Quick Add Buttons for Manual Events: New quick buttons are available on the Home screen to allow for quick documentation of Food, Insulin, and Notes!
- Updated Charts & Graphs: The home page now includes updated charts and graphs, allowing users to review their most pertinent data from all of their diabetes devices directly from the homescreen!

- Improved Support for Pregnancies - Glooko now offers additional features to assist healthcare providers who support pregnant patients. Healthcare providers are now able to set estimated due dates for patients, and the estimated week and day of the pregnancy will display as a patient tag on the patient list. Healthcare Providers will also be able to filter for patients with an active pregnancy from the patient list filters. - Professional Users may now be associated to multiple Glooko clinics - Professional users may now be associated with more than one ProConnect site using a single login. For more information, please see our article Logging into Multiple Clinic Sites.
- Visualization of Calculated & Estimated Blood Glucose Values from CGMs - For CGM devices which segment their glucose value readings by estimated and calculated, Glooko has now added visual indicators to our graphs for estimated values. While calculated values will display color-coded as defined by the user's target BG range, any value considered estimated will display in grayscale on the report.
- Omnipod 5 Pod Expiration Alarm - Pod Expiration Alarms received from an Omnipod 5 device will now be visually displayed on the user's Glooko reports.

CSV Export Improvements - We have added additional data to the CSV Exports based on user feedback. The CSV Export now includes the following additional information whenever a user exports their data to CSV:
- Their MRN (if available), Name, and the Time Interval of the export
- Improved granularity of insulin delivery, including the set basal amounts (units/hr), bolus volumes and bolus type
- The unit of measurement (mmol/L or mg/dL)
- Exercise intensity (high, medium, or low)
- The CSV export will now default to the last two weeks containing data

- New Insulin Pump Tooltips on Logbook Report - Insulin pump users may now access tooltips when hovering over the icons for alarms, set/site changes, and reservoir changes. To view the tooltip, simply hover an associated icon on the Logbook report. The tooltip will include the timestamp of the event and indicate whether it is a Low Cartridge, Reservoir Hazard, Reservoir Change, or Site and/or Set Change, including any additional details received from the diabetes device. - Pump Alarms added to the History list - Alarms from insulin pump & insulin pen devices are now displayed. - 2 Step Verification Improvements - Professional users on accounts with 2 Step Verification enabled now have a choice between receiving their One Time Passcode via email or through an Authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator. New options for Patient Filtering on Population Tracker - A new category for patient filtering, Glooko Patient Account, is now available from the Filters option on the Population Tracker. When on your View Patients list, you are now able to filter your patient population by their account status. The available Glooko Patient Account filter options are:
- Activated - indicates that the patient has logged into their Glooko account from home and may remotely sync their diabetes device
- Invite Pending - indicates a patient who has received an email invite to their Glooko account, but has not yet logged in from home
- Not Invited - indicates that the patient account has not received an invite to login to their Glooko account from home

Updates to Billing Export - The user data export available for Population Health users includes additions and changes to data calculations:
- Sixteenth Day of Data (Update) - Previously, this column calculated the sixteenth day of data by calculating both in-clinic and remote uploads. This column is now titled Achieved 16 days of daily remote data in query range and returns a value of True or False dependent on remote uploads only. If the value is true, a second column, Date of 16th day of daily remote data, provides the date of the sixteenth day of data.
- # of Days with Data (Update) - Previously, these columns calculated days of SMBG, CGM, and Insulin data from both remote and in-clinic upload. The columns calculating days of SMBG, CGM, and Insulin data now only include days of remote data uploading.
- In-clinic uploads present in query range (New) - This new column returns a value of True or False if the user has an in-clinic upload during the query date range.
- Date of first in-clinic upload (New) - This new column displays the date of the first in-clinic upload, if the user has had an in-clinic upload during the query date range.

- Bi-hourly analysis of LGS/PLGS suspensions - Selecting Show More under the LGS/PLGS widget on the Summary page now displays a bi-hourly table detailing the percentage of time suspended as well as the number of suspension events for each bi-hourly segment.
- Additional Insulin Information - The insulin pie chart on the Overview graph for a 1-day time period will now detail the amount of scheduled basal insulin units (for Control-IQ users only). The Overview graph for a 1-day time period will now also include the number of units for both bolus and basal insulin on the insulin pie chart.
- Updated Carb Display on Daily Overview - The Overview graph on the Glooko Web App now displays manually entered carbs and device synced carbs on their own row within the Carbs section. Carb entries entered within 10 minutes of each other will now be grouped together and each carb entry is visible within the tooltip by hovering over the value on the graph.

Low Glucose Suspend Statistics for Control IQ - Control IQ users can now view the LGS (low glucose suspend) statistics that have been previously available for Basal IQ users. The LGS stats include:

Updated Device Settings: The Devices tab has now been updated to provide a broader overview of the devices connected to their account and their corresponding settings.
