You can connect a patient's Smart Meter iGlucose meter to his or her Glooko account to sync data from iGlucose.
NOTE: Before connecting an iGlucose meter to Glooko, the patient must have at least one reading on his or her meter. After connecting the meter, up to one year of data will be retrieved from iGlucose.
To connect an iGlucose meter
- Access a patient's profile by clicking on the patient's name from your Patient List, or by searching for the patient in the search bar.
- Click Profile at the top-left next to the patient's name
- Scroll down to Devices and click Connect iGlucose Devices.
- Enter the patient's iGlucose meter's Serial Number and Last Reading (value), then click Next.

- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the iGlucose meter. A confirmation page will display indicating that the meter is now connected.
- You will have the option to Manage Devices or View Data.
