How do I search for patients in Glooko® Population Tracker?

Now, you can search for patients from any screen within your Population Tracker by using the patient search field in the top navigation bar.

There are two ways to find patients:

  1. View Recently Synced and Recently Viewed patients
  2. Search for patients by Name, MRN or Birthdate

View Recently Synced and Recently Viewed patients

  1. Click into the patient search field in the top navigation bar.
  2. The last three Recently Synced and last three Recently Viewed patients will display.

  3. Click on a patient to be routed to the Patient Summary.

TIP: You also have the option to generate a PDF report directly from the search results window by clicking the Create PDF (create_report_icon.png) icon.

Search for patients by Name, MRN or Birthdate

  1. Select Name, MRN or Birthdate from the drop-down menu to the left of the patient search field in the top navigation bar.

NOTE: Due to MRN validation at the time of patient account creation, MRN serves as a unique patient identifier across your patient population. To learn how to set MRN as a required field when creating patient accounts, see Manage Administrative Settings in Glooko® Population Tracker.
  2. Enter your search criteria, and your results will begin filtering accordingly.
