Professional-Admins may remove patients with self-registered Glooko accounts from their clinic site, if those patients are no longer under the clinic's care.
Once you remove a patient's account from your clinic, their account and their diabetes data will no longer be visible to any Professional/Professional-Admin user at the clinic. Removing a patient account should only be done if there is no further need to access the patient's diabetes data.
If a patient's self-registered account is removed, the patient will still have access to their personal Glooko account.
NOTE: Professional-Admin users may still archive patient accounts to retain access to the patient's diabetes data, as well as delete any clinic-only patient accounts, by following the instructions on our article How do I archive a patient account in Glooko Population Tracker?
If you would like to have an Administrator added to your account, please contact your Glooko account representative directly or reach out to our Support Team.
