Glooko has partnered with the team at Modular Medical to simplify signing into your Modular Medical app by using your existing Glooko account credentials to sign in. If you do not have a Glooko account, you will be prompted to create one as a Glooko account is required to view your Pivot™ data in Glooko.
If you already have a Glooko account
- Once you install the Modular Medical app on your phone, select Sign into Your Glooko Account
- Use your existing Glooko username (email) and password to log into the Modular Medical app
- Agree to the terms to continue
If you don't have an existing Glooko account
- Once you install the Modular Medical app on your phone, select Sign Up with Glooko
- Fill out the registration form
- Agree to the terms to continue
