NOTE: Glooko recently updated the Dexcom integration. If you connected your Dexcom account to Glooko prior to September 2022, your data will still sync but your connection status will not be visible in Glooko until you re-authenticate using the new Dexcom integration. You do not need to disconnect your existing connection before re-authenticating using the new integration.
If you have a Dexcom account, you can set up your Glooko account to receive data (with a 3-hour delay) from Dexcom once every four (4) hours.
Please note, if you request a Dexcom account password reset or if you change your Dexcom account username, you will be required to disconnect and reconnect Dexcom account to Glooko.
NOTE: You only need one connection from Dexcom to Glooko, so if you have Apple Health active, please disconnect Glooko from Apple Health before connecting your Dexcom account.

Connect your Dexcom account via the Glooko web app
To connect your Dexcom account:
- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser, and log into your Glooko account.

Click the drop-down menu at the top-right of your Glooko web app, then select Settings.
- Scroll down to the Apps & Devices section and click Connect Dexcom

Select Connect from the popup

Enter your Dexcom Username and Password, then click Login.
- If you do not have an account, click Sign Up to create a new account.
- You will be prompted to provide consent to share data between Dexcom and Glooko. Select the checkbox next to Share Data, enter your electronic signature, and select Save and Continue to proceed with the integration.

Select Done on the Success pop up to be returned to your Glooko Settings page.

Your Dexcom account will display as Connected in the Apps & Devices section.
Connect your Dexcom account via the Glooko mobile app
To connect your Dexcom account:
- Open the Glooko app on your mobile device.

Tap Sync Device on your Home Screen

Tap Add New Device.

Tap to place a checkmark () beside Continuous Glucose Monitor, then tap Continue.

Tap to place a checkmark () beside Dexcom, then tap Add.

Enter your Dexcom Username and Password, then tap Login.

If you do not have an account, tap Create Account to create a new account.

If you do not have an account, tap Create Account to create a new account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create and/or connect your account.
- Once your Dexcom account is connected, it will display as Connected on your Sync screen.
