NOTE: Glooko recently updated the Dexcom integration. If you connected your Dexcom prior to September 2022, you will first need to re-authenticate your Dexcom account before you can disconnect following the steps below. If you need to disconnect your Dexcom account from Glooko, you can do so easily within Glooko!
- Disconnect your Dexcom account via the Glooko Mobile App
- Disconnect your Dexcom account via the Glooko Web App
Disconnect your Dexcom account via the Glooko Mobile App
- Open the Glooko Mobile app on your mobile device

Tap Sync Device on your Home Screen
- Find Dexcom in your device list. Select the three vertical dots.
- Select Disconnect. The disconnection will take place immediately.
Once disconnected, your Dexcom will no longer sync future readings wirelessly. You may immediately reconnect your account if necessary.
Disconnect your Dexcom account via the Glooko Web App
- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser, and log into your Glooko account.

Select Devices
- Select Dexcom in the My Cloud Connections section
- Select Disconnect
- The disconnection will take place immediately. Select Done to return to your Glooko Devices page.
Once disconnected, your Dexcom will no longer sync future readings wirelessly. You may immediately reconnect your account if necessary.
