How do I change the date and time on my Freestyle Precision Neo or Optium Neo?

Having the wrong time or date on your Freestyle Meter can cause issues when trying to sync with Glooko. By following a few easy steps, you can make sure your data is there when you expect it to be.
In order to change the date and time on your Freestyle meter, simply follow the below instructions.  

1. Start with meter off (no test strip inserted) 
2. Press to turn on the meter
3. Press and hold the time on the screen for 3 seconds until the screen changes 
4. Set Time Format (12 hour or 24 hour clock)
   1. Press or to change 
   2. Press to continue 
      Note: Your meter can display either a 12h (1:23PM) or 24h (13:23) time format. If you prefer the 12h format, there is no "AM." If setting a PM time, continue to press  until you see the "PM."
5. Set Hour
   1. The hour blinks. Press or to set the hour. 
   2. Press to continue 
6. Set Minutes
   1. The minute blinks. Press or to set the hour. 
   2. Press to continue
7. Set Month
   1. The month blinks. Press or to set the hour. 
   2. Press to continue 
8. Set Day
   1. The day blinks. Press or to set the hour. 
   2. Press to continue 
9. Set Year
   1. The hour blinks. Press or to set the hour. 
   2. Press to save. Date and Time changed successfully.
