If you have recently changed the date or time on your Insulin pump, this can impact Glooko's ability to visualize your basal insulin on reports. Basal Insulin is still delivered during even if the line is not visualized.
If you notice that your basal insulin line is missing from your reports, you may temporary suspend and resume the insulin delivery on your pump so that the line will reappear.
If you have not recently changed the date or time on your insulin pump and you are still not seeing your basal insulin delivery visualized on your reports, please contact Glooko Support.
