Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Glooko product, you can return it and get a full refund or exchange it for another Glooko item within 30 days of the original purchase date. See details below.
- To return a Glooko product for a refund or a warranty replacement, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by emailing support@glooko.com.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning any Glooko products for refund or warranty replacement. Glooko is not responsible for any returns that do not make it to the warehouse. Glooko does not refund shipping fees for items ordered in error.
- If you are shipping items valued over $25 we require that you use a trackable shipping method, and forward the tracking number to support@glooko.com in an email that also includes your RMA number. You may also want to consider purchasing shipping insurance for items being shipped over $25.00.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of initial order placement. Please email support@glooko.com include the order number in the subject line or email for assistance.
Returns
- Product may be returned for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, after obtaining the RMA number from Glooko Support.
- In order to receive a full refund, the Product must be returned in new condition. Products which are damaged or show visible signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges and you shall bear all risk of loss for damage to the product while in transit to Glooko.
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and send confirmation that it has been received by us. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after we complete our inspection. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. The refund will be processed and paid within 2-weeks of our approval.
Limited Warranty Replacements
- Products that are delivered in damaged condition, or are determined defective by Glooko after inspection, will be replaced for free within one year of the purchase date.
- You must return the defective item to receive the replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and you shall bear all risk of loss for damage to the product while in transit to Glooko.
- If you are shipping items valued over $25 we require that you use a trackable shipping method, and forward the tracking number to support@glooko.com in an email that also includes your RMA number. You may also want to consider purchasing shipping insurance for items being shipped over $25.00.
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and send confirmation that it has been received by us. We will notify you when a replacement has been shipped.
