How do I change my Primary Healthcare Provider?

In this article, you can learn how to change your Primary Provider on the Glooko web app.

Note: Your Primary Provider site has the ability to adjust your Pump BG Entry settings, which influences your graphs and statistics, as well as your target blood glucose levels. If you are sharing with multiple sites, please select one Primary Provider. If your clinic’s ProConnect Code is not listed, please see How do I ProConnect with my healthcare provider.

How do I change my Primary Healthcare Provider?

1. Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser and log into your account.
2. Select the account initials in the top right and choose Settings
3. Under the Account section, select Edit ProConnect 
4. Select the button in line with the ProConnect code you want to establish as your Primary Healthcare Provider.
5. Click + Confirm Change
