Use the ProConnect feature to instantly and securely share your data with your healthcare provider.
NOTE: This feature can only be used if your healthcare provider is already using Glooko in his or her clinic. How do I get a ProConnect Code?
If your healthcare provider uses Glooko, ask for his or her unique ProConnect Code.
Once you have this code, follow the steps outlined below to ProConnect your Glooko account to your healthcare provider and begin automatically sharing your data.
ProConnect via the Glooko mobile app
- In the Glooko mobile app, access the side navigation bar (
) on Android devices or the More menu on iOS devices.
- Tap Profile > Personal.
- Tap ProConnect.
- Tap + ADD CODE.
- When prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed, tap Continue.
- Enter your healthcare provider's ProConnect Code.
- Tap Submit.
- You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully ProConnected.
NOTE: If you receive an error message, try re-entering the ProConnect Code. If you continue to receive an error, please contact your provider to confirm the ProConnect Code or contact Glooko Support for assistance.
Once you've successfully ProConnected, you'll begin automatically sharing your Glooko data with your provider.
ProConnect via the Glooko web app
- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser and log into your account.
- Click Settings > Account.
- Click + Add New Code.
- When prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed, click Continue.
- Enter your healthcare provider's ProConnect Code.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully ProConnected.
NOTE: If you receive an error message, try re-entering the ProConnect Code. If you continue to receive an error, please contact your provider to confirm the ProConnect Code or contact Glooko Support for assistance.
Once you've successfully ProConnected, you'll begin automatically sharing your Glooko data with your provider.
Removing a ProConnect Code
If you no longer wish to share your data with a clinic, you can easily remove the ProConnect code associated with your account.
From the Web:
- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser and log into your account.
- Select the account initials in the top right and choose Settings
- Under the Account section, select Edit ProConnect
- Select the red X in line with the ProConnect code you want to remove
- A pop up will display asking you to confirm your decision to stop sharing your data. Select Delete to remove the ProConnect code and immediately stop sharing your data with the healthcare provider.
- Once you select delete, your account will be immediately removed from the clinician's side and they will no longer be able to remotely view your data.
From the Mobile App:
- In the Glooko mobile app, access the side navigation bar (
) on Android devices or the More menu on iOS devices.
- Tap Profile > Personal.
- Tap ProConnect
- Tap on the ProConnect code you want to remove
- Select Continue on the pop up confirming the code removal
- Once you select Continue, your account will be immediately removed from the clinician's side and they will no longer be able to remotely view your data.
