A ProConnect code is a clinic's unique code allowing you to share your data with your clinic remotely. For instructions on adding a ProConnect code to your Glooko account, please see our article How do I ProConnect with my healthcare provider?
If you are encountering an error when adding your clinic's ProConnect code, please verify the following:
Confirm your Glooko account is created in the correct country
In order to ProConnect to a clinic, your Glooko account must be registered in the same country of residence as your clinic's account. You may check the country of residence on your Glooko account at any time from your Profile.
It is not possible to edit your Glooko account's country of residence. If you have recently moved to a new country, a new Glooko account must be created in order to register in a different country of residence.

Confirm the ProConnect code spelling
ProConnect codes are case-sensitive and the majority of clinic ProConnect codes are all lower-case. When entering a ProConnect code, ensure you are entering the correct spelling and entering in all lower case.
Similarly, leading or trailing spaces may inadvertently be entered in the code field if you are copying and pasting the code. If you are pasting the code into the field and receiving an error, attempt to manually type in the ProConnect code to ensure no extraneous spaces are included.
