You may change the email (username) associated with your Glooko account at any time by accessing your Glooko account settings within the Glooko Web App or in the Glooko mobile app!
Note: An email may only be used on one Glooko account. If you receive an error when attempting to change the email associated with your Glooko account, please contact Glooko Support at help@glooko.com. You may have an existing account under your preferred email address.

Changing the Email on a Patient Account (web app)
To change the email (username) on your Glooko account:
- Login with your existing email and password to my.glooko.com
- On the Summary page, select Profile
Note: You may also access your profile by selecting the circle with the account initials in the top right and select Settings - In the Account section, select Change Email below the current Email Address
- A new page will open
- Enter your preferred email/username in the New Email field
- Re-enter the new email in the Confirm Email field
- Enter the current account password in the Password field
- Select Save
- Once saved, your new email will display in the Email Address field
Once changed, you can now login to Glooko using the updated email address as your username!

Changing the Email on a Patient Account (mobile app)
To change the email (username) on your Glooko account via the mobile app:
- Open the Glooko mobile app and login with your existing email and password
- Tap the silhouette icon in the top right corner
- In the menu that appears, select Login & Security
- In the Login& Security menu, click Change next to where your current email shows.
- Type in the new email that you'd like to use and confirm your Glooko account password, then click Save.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new email address.
- Click Done to return to using the Glooko mobile app.
Once changed, you can now login to Glooko using the updated email address as your username!

Changing the Email on a Professional Account
To change the email (username) on your Glooko Professional account:
- Login with your existing email and password at my.glooko.com
- Select the circle with the account initials in the top right and choose Settings
- In the Account section, select Change Email
- A new page will open
- Enter your preferred email/username in the New Email field
- Re-enter the new email in the Confirm Email field
- Enter the current account password in the Password field
- Select Save
- Once saved, your new email address will display in the Email Address field
