Forgot your password? No worries - resetting your password is easy! Just follow the steps outlined below.
NOTE: You have five attempts to enter your password before your account is locked. Once that happens, you will automatically be sent an email with instructions for resetting your password.
There are two ways to reset your password:
Reset password via the Glooko mobile app
- Open the Glooko app on your mobile device.
- Tap Login, then tap the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your Glooko account, then tap Submit.
- You will receive a pop-up message indicating that an email has been sent to the address entered.
- Locate and open the email (titled Glooko Reset Password Instructions), and tap the Change my password link within the body of the email.
NOTE: Please check your junk/spam folders if you are unable to locate the password email in your inbox. - You will be redirected to the Choose New Password page.
- Enter your new password, then confirm the new password. Tap Change Password to proceed.
NOTE: Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least one number, one letter and one special character). - You will be redirected to your Glooko account in the Glooko web app. Your new password is now activated.
Reset password via the Glooko web app
- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter the email address associated with your Glooko account, then click Send Email.
- You will see a message indicating that an email had been sent to the address entered.
- Locate and open the email (titled Glooko Reset Password Instructions), and tap the Change my password link within the body of the email.
- You will be directed to the Choose New Password page.
- Enter your new password, then confirm the new password. Tap Change Password to proceed.
NOTE: Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least one number, one letter and one special character). - You will be redirected to your Glooko account in the Glooko web app. Your new password is now activated.
