Alarms from insulin pumps and pens synced to Glooko are indicated by a red triangle with an exclamation mark () on Glooko reports.
Pump/pen alarm details, or the cause for the alarm, may be found in two places within Glooko:
Viewing Alarm Details on the Logbook (Insulin Pump alarms only)
To navigate to the Logbook:
- Login to your Glooko account at my.glooko.com
- Open the patient’s profile from your Patient List or by searching their name in the Search bar
- Select Logbook from the header
To view the alarm details:
- Hover your cursor over the alarm icon () on the Logbook report
- A tooltip will display indicating the time stamp and cause of the alarm
- Alarm details are received directly from the insulin device
Viewing Alarm Details on the History Tab (Insulin pump and pen alarms)
To navigate to the History tab:
- Login to your Glooko account at my.glooko.com
- Open the patient’s profile from your Patient List or by searching their name in the Search bar
- Select History from the header
The History tab will display all your manually entered events (on the Glooko mobile app), blood glucose readings (from meters and insulin pumps), and alarm details in a chronological list.
To view your alarm details from History:
- On the History tab, select the appropriate date range from the Time selector
- Scroll through the events to see the alarm details chronologically with other events (such as boluses, blood glucose readings, or food)
You may also use the data filter on the right-hand side of the screen to select specific events, including alarms, to display. Using a data filter will sort the History list to only display the selected data points:
