In order to use the Glooko Uploader software, you will need a Glooko Provider account and a subscription that supports the Glooko Uploader. You will also need a specific link to download the Glooko Uploader. Please contact Glooko Support for assistance.

- Click on the link that was provided.
- Next, you will be taken to a screen with the option to install the Glooko Uploader on a Mac or PC. Select your operating system to download the installation file.
- After the installation file is downloaded, you will need to locate the file and run that file.
- If you are using a PC: Look in your Recent Downloads folder.
- If you are using a Mac: Look in your Downloads folder in the Finder app.
- Once you’ve located the file, double-click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
- During the installation process, you will be asked whether you are planning to upload Libre data in the future. NOTE: To be compatible with all Libre devices, you will have to select the FreeStyle Libre 2/3 option in the drop-down menu so that the Libre DataHub will be installed. Once indicated, the Libre Datahub will be installed in the background.
- Once installed, users can simply sign in to the Glooko Uploader and connect their Libre reader via cable to start the uploading process.
You will be required to restart your computer at the end of the installation process.
