There are three ways to order hardware to sync your compatible diabetes device with Glooko!

- Contact the device manufacturer: Some diabetes devices require a very specific device manufacturer cable. To obtain this, please contact the device manufacturer. The phone number for the manufacturer is usually located on the back of the blood glucose (BG) meter, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) or insulin pump that you would like to upload.
- Order from Glooko's Online Store: If you know what you're looking for, we have many of the hardware components required for syncing with Glooko available in the Glooko Online Store (US-only).
- Order via the Glooko mobile app: Ordering hardware using the Glooko mobile app is easy. To learn how, see Ordering device syncing hardware from the Glooko® mobile app (US-only).
NOTE: Ordering via Glooko's webstore, or through the mobile app, is only available in the US.
