Your daily routine data (exercise duration and distance) from your Strava account can now be shared with Glooko automatically. Connecting your Strava account to Glooko is easy - just follow the steps below.
Before getting started, you will need:
- A Strava account
- The Glooko mobile or web app
In this article, you can learn how to:
Connect your Strava account via the Glooko mobile app
- From the home screen, tap Devices
- Tap Add New Device.
- Tap to place a checkmark beside Fitness and Health Devices, then tap Continue.
- Tap to place a checkmark beside Strava, then tap Add.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Strava account.
- Once setup is complete, you will be redirected to the Apps & Devices screen, where you can confirm that your Strava account is now connected.
Connect your Strava account via the Glooko web app
- Login to your Glooko account at my.glooko.com
- Select Devices from the header
- Select Add Device
- Select Health and Fitness
- Select Strava
- Select Connect
- Enter your Strava account credentials, then click Login.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Strava account.
- Once setup is complete, your Strava account will display as Connected under My Cloud Connections
NOTE: You may have to wait 10-30 minutes before your data initially appears in your account, then your data will begin syncing automatically.
