How to enable Two Step-Verification on a patient account

The 2-Step Verification feature allows you to require two forms of authentication to access your Glooko account: your login credentials, plus a One Time Passcode sent to your Glooko account email address. This adds another layer of security for your data.
NOTE: Please make sure you have added no-reply@glooko.com to your Safe Senders list, and that you have not blocked this email address to ensure you receive your One Time Passcode via email.

Enabling Two-Step Verification on Mobile

To enable your two-step verification via the Glooko mobile app:

1. Login or Activate your Glooko account 
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner
3. In the menu that appears, select Login & Security
4. In the Login & Security menu, click the toggle switch next to Two-Step Verification
   
   
5.  Click Set Up Now
   
   • Glooko will generate an email to your Glooko account email address
   • Open the email and enter the 6-digit passcode contained within the email 
     
6. Your Two-Step Verification is now enabled
   • Click Done to return to using the Glooko mobile app
     

If you change your mind about using this feature, you have the ability to turn Two-Step Verification off by coming back to the Login & Security menu and de-selecting the Two-Step Verification toggle switch.

Enabling Two-Step Verification on Web

To enable your two-step verification via the Glooko website:

1. Login or Activate your Glooko account 
2. Click the drop-down menu at the top-right of the Glooko homepage
3. Select Settings
4. In the Account section, click the toggle switch under Two-Step Verification
   
   
5. On the pop-up screen, select Confirm. 
   • Glooko will generate an email to your Glooko account email address
   • Open the email and enter the 6-digit passcode contained within the email
     
6. Your Two-Step Verification is now enabled
   • Click Done
     

If you change your mind about using this feature, you have the ability to turn 2-Step Verification off by coming back to the settings page and de-selecting the toggle switch under Two-Step Verification.
