How do I create and access my Glooko® account?

Welcome to Glooko - we're excited you're here!

Getting started with Glooko is easy. Once you've created a Glooko account, you can access it from your compatible mobile device (Android or iOS) using the Glooko mobile app or from your computer's compatible web browser (Mac or PC) using the Glooko web app

Create and access your Glooko account (mobile)

Before getting started, click here to learn how to install the Glooko mobile app.

  1. Open the Glooko mobile app.
  2. Tap Register.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, country of residence and phone number (optional). 
  4. Select if you'd like to receive SMS messages from the app (a phone number is required).
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Enter your email address and a password.

    NOTE:
    Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one number and one special character.
  7. Enter your code (if applicable).

    NOTE: This would have been provided by your healthcare provider or other organization.
  8. Tap Next.
  9. Tap to place a checkmark (checkmark.png) if you agree to Glooko's Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and marketing communications (optional).

    NOTE: Parental consent is required for minors (individuals younger than 16 years old).
  10. Tap Register
  11. Next, select your type of diabetes and tap Continue.
  12. Select the amount of time since your diagnosis and tap Continue.
  13. Select your diabetes therapy method(s) and tap Continue.
    • On the screen(s) that follow, you will be prompted to provide additional details about your therapy method(s).
  14. Next, select your type(s) of diabetes device(s) and tap Continue.
    • On the screen(s) that follow, you will be prompted to provide additional details about your diabetes device(s), and you will be taken through a tutorial for connecting each of these to your Glooko account.

      NOTE: If your diabetes device requires the MeterSync Blue hardware to sync your data with Glooko, you can purchase this during the registration process (a one-time hardware fee will apply).
  15. After you have completed the setup process, you will be routed to the Home screen on your Glooko mobile app. Now you're ready to start using Glooko!

To access your Glooko account on your mobile device in the future, you can simply open the Glooko mobile app, tap Log In and enter your login information.



Create and access your Glooko account (web)

  1. Open a web browser and go to join.glooko.com.
  2. Enter your email address, password, first name, last name, country of residence, phone number (optional) and birthdate.
  3. Select if you'd like to receive text messages from Glooko (a phone number is required).
  4. Enter your code (if applicable).

    NOTE: This would have been provided by your healthcare provider or other organization.
  5. Click to place a checkmark (checkmark.png) if you agree to Glooko's Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and updates/marketing communications (optional).

    NOTE: Parental consent is required for minors (individuals younger than 16 years old).
  6. Click Register
  7. On the next screen, select your mobile and diabetes devices, then click Next.
  8. Review your sync compatibility, then click Next.

    NOTE: If your diabetes device requires the MeterSync Blue hardware to sync your data with Glooko, you can purchase this during the registration process (a one-time hardware fee will apply).
  9. Registration is complete! The last screen provides links for downloading the Glooko mobile app and Glooko Uploader.
  10. Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser to access your account. Now you're ready to start using Glooko!

To access your Glooko account on the web in the future, you can go to my.glooko.com in your web browser, enter your login information and click Sign In.
