How do I print a patient report from Glooko® Population Tracker?

Generating patient reports is easy! You have the option to print a report from your Patient List or from a patient's Profile.

In this article, you can learn how to:

NOTE: If a patient does not any have diabetes data that exists within the timeframe selected, the PDF report will not be generated.



Print a report from a Patient Profile

From the Patient List:

  • Click on the patient you would like to print a report for.
  • Click Create PDF Report at the top-right of the screen. The Create PDF window will display.
  • Select a Time range.
  • Click to select which report(s) should be included.
  • Choose a Print mode.
  • Click Create, and this will generate the report in a separate tab.


Print a report from the Patient List

From the Patient List:

  • Right-click on the patient you would like to print a report for.
  • Click Print Report. The Create PDF window will display.
  • Select a Time range.
  • Click to select which report(s) should be included.
  • Choose a Print mode.
  • Click Create, and this will generate the report in a separate tab.
