You can now connect your Tandem Source account directly to Glooko for seamless syncing! Choose a connection method below to get connected in just a few minutes:
Connecting via the Glooko Mobile App
Follow these steps to link your accounts directly from your smartphone:
Launch Glooko: Open the Glooko app on your smartphone.
Add your device: Tap the Connected Devices button on the top right and select Add Device.
Choose your diabetes account: Find and tap Tandem Source from the list, then click Next.
Sign In: You will be redirected to the Tandem portal. Enter your Tandem Source credentials here.
Authorize sharing: On the account confirmation screen, click on Connect to allow data sharing between Tandem Source and Glooko.
Success! A confirmation screen will be displayed indicating that your accounts are successfully linked.
Connecting via the Glooko Web App
If you prefer using a computer, follow these instructions for the Web App:
Log In: Head to my.glooko.com and sign in.
Open Devices: Navigate to the Devices tab and click Add Accounts.

Choose your diabetes account: Find Tandem Source from the list, then click Connect.

Sign In: You will be redirected to the Tandem portal in a new window or tab. Enter your Tandem Source credentials there.
Authorize sharing: On the account confirmation screen, click on Connect to allow data sharing between Tandem Source and Glooko.
Finalize: A confirmation screen will indicate your accounts are linked. Click Done to finish.
