If you need to disconnect your Omnipod® 5 Cloud account from your Glooko account, you may do so from within your Omnipod account by following the steps below:
- Login to your Omnipod account at https://account-intl.omnipod.com/ from a computer/laptop/mobile browser.
- Select My Acccount and Account Linking
- Select Unlink
If you have any issues accessing your Omnipod account or finding the option to unlink, please contact Insulet Customer Support.
After an Omnipod® 5 connection has been removed, please wait a minimum of 1 hour before attempting to reconnect the device to a Glooko account.
