You can easily sync your diabetes data from your Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM by connecting your Accu-Chek account to Glooko. This integration can be set up using either the Glooko Mobile App or the Glooko Web App. You can find a printable version of these instructions by clicking this link.

Connecting via the Glooko Mobile App
- Open the Glooko mobile app on your smartphone.
- Click the Connected Devices button in the top-right corner, then click Add Device.
- Tap on Accu-Chek CGM from the list of available integrations.
- You will be redirected to the Accu-Chek portal. Log in to your Accu-Chek account.
- On the data sharing screen, review the consents and select Confirm to allow data sharing between Accu-Chek and Glooko.
- Once accepted, you will be redirected back to the Glooko app, and a success screen will confirm that your connection is complete.
Note on Declining Data Sharing: If you choose to decline data sharing on the Accu-Chek portal, the connection will not be established, and your data will not sync. You will be redirected to a custom screen in the Glooko app indicating that the data sharing request was declined.
Connecting via the Glooko Web App
- Log in to your Glooko account at my.glooko.com.
- Navigate to the Devices tab and click Add Device.
- Find and click on Accu-Chek CGM, then click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Accu-Chek portal in a new window or tab.
- Log in and agree to the data sharing consents by clicking Confirm.
- After accepting, you will be routed back to the Glooko Web App, where you will see a confirmation that your SmartGuide account is successfully linked.
