How to migrate previous Academy course progress
Your Academy™ account access is linked to the Glooko account (clinic/ProConnect) & username (email) used to activate it. This means that if you change clinics/ProConnect or your Glooko username (email) you will lose your access to your Academy™ progress (courses completed and certificates attained).
Additionally, if your Glooko account is converted from professional user to admin user (Specific instructions for Admin users), your progress will disappear. Any of the changes above will give you a new Academy™ account.
When activating a new Academy™ individual account you will be requested to run through the onboarding flow once more. Please ensure to enter the same Registration Number as before(case sensitive), this will give you the option to migrate your “old account” and all your progress to your new Academy™ account.
You can ask your admin to check your old Academy profile for the Registration Number if you are unsure. Your admin can search(case sensitive) for your name in the Individual Tab to retrieve it. Additionally, ask them to retrieve your old User Code, which you will need in the next step.
If you have already entered the wrong Registration Number, click on "Update My Profile" to enter the correct Registration Number.
After completing the steps above you will see the option to "Migrate". Click on it and enter your old User Code in the migration pop up and select “migrate data”. (If you do not see the option to Migrate, please delete the cookies on your internet browser and restart it).
All your previous course progress and attained certificates should now be visible in your new account.
How to gain individual access as an ADMIN or restore lost progress
- Log in to my.glooko.com
- Navigate to settings and change your email according to the instructions in the next step - How do I change the email on my Glooko® account?
- Add "+admin" to your email like in this example: name.surname+admin@nhs.net
- You will use the this new username & your original Glooko password to access your admin account and Academy™ Reports.
- Login to my.glooko.com and navigate to "Manage Clinic"
- Add yourself as a professional user with your original NHS email. - How do I add, edit or delete professional users?
- You will receive an email to activate your new professional Glooko account.
- Activate the account and access Academy™
- If you still only see Academy™ Reports, use the SIGN OUT button on Academy™ and reopen it from Glooko.
As an Admin you will have 2 separate Usernames (emails) for Glooko/Academy™
For accessing your Glooko professional account/Academy™ Individual log in to my.glooko.com with your original username:
Remember to use the SIGN OUT button on Academy™ before switching between Glooko accounts(Admin/Professional).
