If you receive the error (B6) Unable to process data upload or (B16) Unable to process data upload when uploading via the Glooko Transmitter, this typically indicates Glooko is having trouble reading the data from the diabetes device.
In order to resolve the issue, please reach out to Customer Support at help@glooko.com with the following information:
- The ProConnect code of your hospital
- The diabetes device name and serial number
- The Transmitter serial number where the upload was performed
Once we receive this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further and provide the best next steps to resolving the error.
