If you are receiving the error code (B24) Unable to process data upload when uploading your Omnipod DASH™ via the Glooko Uploader, this typically indicates a failure to update the PDM's data file prior to uploading.
To resolve the issue, please follow the two-step process outlined in How do I upload an Omnipod DASH™ using my computer? and try the upload again.
If you still receive the error after following the two-step process, or if you receive this error code with any other device besides an Omnipod DASH™, please reach out to Customer Support at help@glooko.com with the following information:
- Your Glooko account email
- The device serial number
