If you have an Ypsomed MyLife Cloud account, you may connect your account to Glooko to allow for wireless syncing of the data once every hour from your Ypsomed device.
- Connect your Ypsomed Account via the Glooko Web App
- Connect your Ypsomed Account via the Glooko Mobile App
- IMPORTANT: Select your timezone for your MyLife account
Connect your Ypsomed account via the Glooko Web App
- Login to my.glooko.com
- Select Devices
- Select Add New Device
- Select Blood Glucose Devices
- Select CGM
- Select Ypsomed mylife Cloud
- Enter your Ypsomed credentials and select Connect
- Select Done to complete the connection
- Your Ypsomed mylife will now display as Connected in My Cloud Connections
Connect your Ypsomed Account via the Glooko Mobile App
- Open the Glooko Mobile App on your smartphone
- Select Devices from the home screen
- Select Add New Device
- Place a checkmark next to Insulin Pumps and select Continue
- Place a checkmark next to mylife Cloud and select Continue
- Enter your Ypsomed credentials and select Connect
- Select Done to complete the connection
- Your Ypsomed mylife will now display as Connected
IMPORTANT: Select your timezone for your MyLife account
You must log into your MyLife account at https://mylife-software.net/ and select your timezone.
Please note that the timezone setting is ONLY available when the you log into your MyLife account via the web browser on a computer. It is not possible to set this in the mobile app or the desktop app.
