If you need to disconnect your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud account from Glooko, you can do so easily within Glooko!
- Disconnect your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud account via the Glooko Mobile App
- Disconnect your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud account via the Glooko Web App
Disconnect your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud account via the Glooko Mobile App
- Open the Glooko Mobile app on your mobile device

Tap Sync Device on your Home Screen
- Find Ypsomed MyLife Cloud in your device list. Select the three vertical dots.
- Select Disconnect. The disconnection will take place immediately.
Once disconnected, your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud will no longer sync future readings wirelessly. You may immediately reconnect your account if necessary.

- Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser, and log into your Glooko account.

Select Devices
- Select Ypsomed MyLife Cloud in the My Cloud Connections section
- Select Disconnect
- The disconnection will take place immediately. Select Done to return to your Glooko Devices page.
Once disconnected, your Ypsomed MyLife Cloud will no longer sync future readings wirelessly. You may immediately reconnect your account if necessary.
