You may now import your patient's blood glucose readings from a FreeStyle Libre 1, FreeStyle Libre 2, or FreeStyle Libre 3 into Glooko® through the use of the Abbott CSV Importer, now available in the Glooko Web App! To import a patient's data, you will need to first download the patient's CSV from LibreView and then import this file into Glooko.
NOTE: This article provides the steps for a healthcare provider to upload their patient's data in a Glooko clinic account. If you are an individual user looking to import your data into a personal Glooko account, please see our article How to import your blood glucose data from an Abbott FreeStyle Libre 1, FreeStyle Libre 2, or FreeStyle Libre 3.
Glooko's Import tool supports uploading the most recent 90 days of blood glucose data from a patient's LibreView CSV file. Any other data (insulin, carbs, etc.) will not be imported to the patient's account.

Best Practices for Importing
To ensure a successful upload:
- Ensure you are using the file as downloaded from LibreView. Resaving the file may change the format from .csv which can prevent the file from importing successfully
- If your import does fail, please include the .csv file exported from LibreView in your Support request, as it will help our team investigate the failure
