The Glooko Patient List displays a Time in Range (%) column for at-a-glance review of your patients' data.
The Time in Range percentage is calculated using the following factors:
- The most recently available 2 weeks of blood glucose data
- For example, if today is January 30 but the patient's latest available data is from December 26, the Time in Range percentage uses blood glucose values logged between December 12 - December 26.
- If CGM data is available, the Time in Range will use blood glucose values from the CGM device
- If no CGM data is available, or is not the most recent data on the patient's account, Time in Range will use values from blood glucose meters.
- The target blood glucose value range set in the patient's profile
- For information on Glooko's default ranges, viewing a patient's target range, or changing target ranges, please see our article Setting Custom Target Blood Glucose (BG) Ranges
Healthcare Providers may hover over a patient's Time in Range value on the Patient List to see additional details, including:
- The date range for the calculation
- The target range used
- The average number of daily readings (if sourced from a BG meter)
- The CGM active time percentage (if sourced from a CGM device)
