Improved Insulin Visualization in the Glooko Web App - Insulin data available on the Summary page, Overview graphs, and Logbook now better define the source of the insulin. Tooltips on the Overview graphs now also display the insulin source data segmentation when hovering over insulin doses. For more information, please see How is my insulin data displayed in the Glooko® app? Insulin is now grouped as:
- Combined Daily Dose: contains an overview of insulin data from both synced devices (pumps & pens) and manually entered insulin data
- Insulin - Device: contains insulin synced from Insulin Pumps and Insulin Pens
- Insulin - Manual: contains insulin data manually entered into the Glooko Mobile App or synced from a compatible blood glucose meter.
- Add Insulin from Blood Glucose Meters - Blood glucose meters which register insulin (such as the AccuChek Aviva Expert) will now have their meter-logged insulin entries display under the Insulin - Manual section in graphs on the Glooko Web and Mobile apps.
- Blood Pressure Visualization in the Glooko Mobile App - Blood pressure data synced to or manually-entered into the Glooko Mobile App now displays on its own card on the Summary page. The Blood Pressure card contains the most recent blood pressure reading, the blood pressure category designation, the timestamp of the reading, and the source of the reading. - Weight Visualization in the Glooko Web App - Weight data synced to or manually-entered into the Glooko Mobile app now displays on its own card on the Summary page. the weight card displays the most recent weight entry, the timestamp of the entry, as well as the source of the entry. - Dynamic Report Legend for One Day Overview Graph - When viewing the Daily Overview graph on the Glooko Web App, users will now have a dynamic report legend displaying only the icons relevant to their data, allowing users to more effectively read and interpret their reports.
- Add Events from Daily Log on Glooko Mobile App - Glooko Mobile App users are now able to quickly add new events (such as food, medication, weight, etc.) from their Daily Log. Previously, users could only add new events from the home screen. For more information, please see How do I add events in the Glooko mobile app?
- Updated Time in Range Visualization on the Glooko Mobile App - To align the Time in Range charts between the Glooko Mobile and Web apps, a user's BG/CGM data on the Mobile App home screen will now display their Time in Range as a bar chart.

New Device Compatibility -
- Journeys Metabolic™ Biosense is now available to sync breath ketone readings (ACEs) to Glooko by integrating your Biosense account. Breath ketones (ACEs) will be visible on the Logbook report and the History tab. The Biosense integration is currently only available for users in the US and Canada. - Embrace Talk is now available for upload on the Glooko Transmitter and Glooko Uploader via 3.5mm USB cable.

- Weight Visualization on Glooko Mobile App - Users are now able to see their manually-entered or device-synced weights on the home screen, in the Daily Log, and in the Charts & Graphs section of the Glooko Mobile App. For more information, please see our article Viewing Weight in the Glooko Mobile App.
- Improved Insulin Visualization - Insulin data from different source devices (insulin pump, insulin pen, and manual entry) are now identified and labeled on separate cards in the Glooko Mobile App. This allows for better visualization of each device's usage. Total Daily Insulin remains visible above each card, and is the sum of each insulin source device.

- Devices Tab Improvements - As part of our continued efforts to streamline new user onboarding and provide a better oversight of existing device connections, the Devices tab now provides segmentation of a user's diabetes device by Cloud-connected devices and manually uploaded devices. The Devices tab also now provides guidance for adding a new diabetes device by selecting Add Device. - Removal of 30-day waiting period on account deletion - Users who delete their Glooko account will now have their data immediately deleted from our servers. This allows users who need to re-register due to errors in demographic information to immediately reuse their preferred email address on a new Glooko account.
- Changes to System Mode row on Daily Overview Report - To improve the readability of our reports, System Mode rows for closed-loop insulin pumps will no longer display if there is no data from the insulin pump for the time range selected.

Glooko Mobile App Redesign - In order to improve the Glooko Mobile App experience for new and existing users, we are launching a redesign of the Mobile App interface! New and Existing users will now find a more intuitive on-screen experience with easier access to uploading devices, connecting with your care team and an overall smoother onboarding process. For a complete overview of the new Mobile App experience, please see our article Glooko Mobile App Overview. The key changes included in the redesign are:
- New Onboarding Goals: Similarly, users will find new onboarding direction on their Mobile App homepage. These Onboarding Goals provide users quick links to key functionality within the mobile app, including learning how to sync their device for the first time, linking to their healthcare provider, and more!
- New Add Care Team Button: Users are now able to quickly and easily view, manage, and add new ProConnect codes directly from their Home page on the Mobile App!
- Quick Add Buttons for Manual Events: New quick buttons are available on the Home screen to allow for quick documentation of Food, Insulin, and Notes!
- Updated Charts & Graphs: The home page now includes updated charts and graphs, allowing users to review their most pertinent data from all of their diabetes devices directly from the homescreen!

General Settings
- Visualization of Calculated & Estimated Blood Glucose Values from CGMs - For CGM devices which segment their glucose value readings by estimated and calculated, Glooko has now added visual indicators to our graphs for estimated values. While calculated values will display color-coded as defined by the user's target BG range, any value considered estimated will display in grayscale on the report.
- Omnipod 5 Pod Expiration Alarm - Pod Expiration Alarms received from an Omnipod 5 device will n ow be visually displayed on the user's Glooko reports.

CSV Export Improvements - We have added additional data to the CSV Exports based on user feedback. The CSV Export now includes the following additional information whenever a user exports their data to CSV:
- Their MRN (if available), Name, and the Time Interval of the export
- Improved granularity of insulin delivery, including the set basal amounts (units/hr), bolus volumes and bolus type
- The unit of measurement (mmol/L or mg/dL)
- Exercise intensity (high, medium, or low)
- The CSV export will now default to the last two weeks containing data

New Tooltips for GMI Calculation on Summary Page - To improve understanding of the Glucose Management Indicator (GMI) visible on the Summary page for CGM users, a new tooltip may now be accessed by clicking the question mark icon (
) next to the statistic, providing insight into how the value is calculated. We have also reduced the required active CGM time from 14 days to 12 days, to ensure GMI calculation will display when reviewing data over a two week period. For more information on GMI and other related statistics, please see Navigating the Updated Summary View.
- New History List on Glooko Web App - To allow for better review and analysis of events, the History list is now its own page on the Glooko Web App. To review the History list, simply select History along the header to view the expanded version of the widget, previously found on the Summary page.
- New Insulin Pump Tooltips on Logbook Report - Insulin pump users may now access tooltips when hovering over the icons for alarms, set/site changes, and reservoir changes. To view the tooltip, simply hover an associated icon on the Logbook report. The tooltip will include the timestamp of the event and indicate whether it is a Low Cartridge, Reservoir Hazard, Reservoir Change, or Site and/or Set Change, including any additional details received from the diabetes device. - Pump Alarms added to the History list - Alarms from insulin pump & insulin pen devices are now displayed. In the history list, the alarms and alerts will indicate the originating device and provide a brief summary of the alarm or alert. Device Connection Updates:
- Ypsomed myLife Cloud - Users may now connect their Ypsomed myLife accounts via the Glooko mobile app! Previously, users could only connect via the Web App. Note: The Ypsomed Mylife Cloud integration is only available in select countries.
- Dexcom G7 - Users of the Dexcom G7 may now connect their device to Glooko by integrating with their Dexcom account.

- Sync Carbs from Blood Glucose Meters - For blood glucose meters which store carbs data on the device, these carbs will now be displayed on your Glooko reports whenever the device is synced via the Glooko Uploader or Glooko Transmitter.

Expanded Glooko Availability - Glooko is now available for users in Portugal
- Prime Detection for Smart Pens: For users utilizing an insulin smart pen, such as the NovoPen 6 and NovoPen Echo+, Prime Detection will now be enabled when syncing the smart pen. Glooko’s Prime Detection helps users identify potential prime doses. Users may select whether a dose was injected or primed at the time of injection or by editing the dose from the mobile app. Prime Doses will be excluded from insulin statistics and graphs, though the prime dose will be visible in the history from both the Web App and Mobile App.

CSV Export of Patient Data - It is now possible to export a user's diabetes data synced to Glooko through the use of the Export to CSV feature available in the Glooko Web App! The CSV export will include files containing the following information:
- Manual data (events added from the mobile app)
- Alarms data
- BG device data
- Carbs data
- CGM device data

- Additional Device Settings for Insulin Pumps - For users of the Omnipod® Eros, Omnipod® DASH, or Tandem t:slim x2 (including those with Control IQ or Basal IQ), additional device settings are now available from the Device Settings tab and PDF report to improve a Healthcare Provider’s ability to review and assess existing pump settings without the need to view the actual device. - Import Data from FreeStyle Libre 1, 2, and 3 - It is now possible for users of the FreeStyle Libre 1, FreeStyle Libre 2, and FreeStyle Libre 3 to import their diabetes data from the device via CSV! Account Creation for Minors - Account creation for minors (as defined by regional jurisdiction) now requires a Parent/Guardian email address to be added during the registration process. Glooko will then send consent agreements to the parent/guardian email address. Once the parent/guardian reviews and accepts the consents and selects Activate Account, the minor may now access and utilize their Glooko account.
- The Parent/Guardian email address on file will now be viewable within the minor account in the Account section accessed via the Settings page.

Localized Unit of Measurement - newly created patient accounts will now default to the correct unit of measure, dependent on the following logic:
- Self-created patients: Patients who self-register for a Glooko account will have their unit of measure set to the default for their country of residence.
- Clinic-created patients: Patient accounts created by a clinic account will have their unit of measure set to the clinic's defined unit of measure.

Additional data for Tandem Basal-IQ and Control-IQ users - Additional data views are now accessible for Basal-IQ and Control-IQ user accounts:
- Bi-hourly analysis of LGS/PLGS suspensions - Selecting Show More under the LGS/PLGS widget on the Summary page now displays a bi-hourly table detailing the percentage of time suspended as well as the number of suspension events for each bi-hourly segment.
- Additional Insulin Information - The insulin pie chart on the Overview graph for a 1-day time period will now detail the amount of scheduled basal insulin units (for Control-IQ users only). The Overview graph for a 1-day time period will now also include the number of units for both bolus and basal insulin on the insulin pie chart.
- Updated Carb Display on Daily Overview - The Overview graph on the Glooko Web App now displays manually entered carbs and device synced carbs on their own row within the Carbs section. Carb entries entered within 10 minutes of each other will now be grouped together and each carb entry is visible within the tooltip by hovering over the value on the graph.
