You now have the option to archive a patient account so that the account no longer displays on your Patient List.
NOTE: Only Administrators have access to archive patient accounts. If you would like to have an Administrator added to your account, please contact your Glooko account representative directly or reach out to our Support Team.
To archive a patient account
- First, access the patient's account via Patient Settings by clicking on the patient in the View Patients list and clicking Profile at the top of the patient's record
- Next, scroll down to the Account Management section.
- To archive the patient account, click to toggle the slider to the right (to the ON position). It will turn blue to indicate the account has been archived.
- To reverse this, simply toggle the slider back to the left (to the OFF position).
NOTE: Once a patient account has been archived, that patient will no longer display on your Patient List, but the patient will still display in search results.
Deleting a Patient Record
Note: Professional-Admins may only delete clinic-only patient records. Clinic-only patient records are accounts where patients are not logging in at home. Once an account has been activated by a patient, clinicians may no longer delete the record from within the clinic account. For more information about viewing a patient's status, please see our article How do I invite a patient to join Glooko and view a patient's account status?
For instructions on removing a self-registered patient account from your Glooko clinic, please see our article How do I remove a patient account from my Glooko® clinic?
To delete a patient record:
- First, access the patient's account via Patient Settings (by clicking on the patient in the View Patients view and selecting Patient Settings) or Profile (by clicking Profile at the top-left of the patient's account).
- Next, scroll down to the Account Management section.
- Select Delete Account
NOTE: Deleting an account cannot be reversed. Once an account is deleted, all data associated with that record is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
