The time is now...
Or is it? Having the wrong time or date on your Verio Meter can cause issues when trying to sync with Glooko. By following a few easy steps, you can make sure your data is there when you expect it to be.
In order to change the date and time on your Verio meter, simply follow the below instructions.
Verio® Meter
From the Main Screen, highlight Settings then press OK.
Highlight Time/Date then press OK.
Highlight desired field, press OK, and adjust using up/down arrows. Press OK to confirm the change.
Verio® Flex Meter
Press and hold OK and the down arrow at the same time.
The SET screen will appear with hour flashing.
Use the arrows and OK to change, advance, and save the new date/time.
Verio® IQ Meter
From the Main Screen, highlight Settings then press OK.
Highlight Time or Date then press OK.
Highlight desired field, press OK, and adjust using up/down arrows. Press OK to confirm the change.
Verio® Sync Meter
You must pair the meter with your iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod touch® and sync with the OneTouch Reveal® mobile app before you start testing your blood glucose.
The first time you sync, the mobile device will set the clock in the meter. However, you will not see the date and time on the meter display until after your first test.
The mobile device checks and updates the date and time in your meter each time you sync. Check the date and time on your mobile device often to be sure they are correct.
