Why does my device time offset display as 'N/A'?

Your device time offset, which is located on the Devices tab of your account, will display as 'N/A' if Glooko is unable to calculate the device time offset for your diabetes device. This might be the case if:

  • Your data is being synced to Glooko via a cloud-to-cloud (app) integration, or
  • Your device was uploaded via a Glooko Transmitter or Uploader (for example, when being uploaded in a clinic) instead of being synced directly from the device itself.
