I'm having trouble connecting my iGlucose meter to my account

When attempting to connect an iGlucose meter to your Glooko account, you may encounter one of the following error messages:

Invalid Serial Number and/or Last Reading

  • Confirm that you are entering the 7-digit Serial Number found on the back of your device.
    NOTE: You must have at least one reading on your iGlucose meter before you can connect it to your Glooko account.
  • Confirm that your Last Reading is entered numerically and is an exact match to what displays on your meter.

Last Reading Does Not Match

  • Confirm that your Last Reading is entered numerically and is an exact match to what displays on your meter.

iGlucose Already Connected

  • Confirm that the Serial Number you have entered is correct and not already associated with another Glooko account.
