Where can I find my clinic's ProConnect Code?

A ProConnect Code is required to remotely monitor your patients with diabetes. Patients will need to enter this code into their Glooko apps before your clinic has access to their remotely synced data.

If you've already been assigned a ProConnect Code, this can be found at the top-right of your Glooko Population Tracker. 


This can also be found in the Site Profile section of your Provider Settings screen.
