Need to filter your Patient List in Population Tracker by provider, status or other attribute? We have you covered!
To filter patients on your Patient List
- Click Filter Patients at the top-left of your Patient List.
- Search for and/or select a filter (or multiple filters) from the drop-down menu.
- Click Show More to view all available filters.
- Click Apply to apply your new filter(s) to your Patient List.
NOTE: To remove a filter, simply deselect the filter from the Filter Patients drop-down menu or click the "x" beside the filter name at the top of your Patient List.
